As Project Manager, Technical Advisor, and Lease Services provider on behalf of Deloitte, we are proud to have been an integral part of this exciting development.
The project involved, apart from the lease-out process, the warm & hot shell delivery of Deloitte’s leased premises, having a total GLA of c. 4,500 sq.m., spread across two above-ground levels and one basement section within a stand-alone office building conveniently located next to Deloitte’s primary headquarters.
