A few things about the project

Phase 1:
Participation in the completion of the main hotel unit and its surrounding bungalows (c. GBA 25,000 sq.m.) by supporting all major permitting efforts for the operation of the hotel unit and the development/operation of the beachfront. Our scope included the completion of a highly sophisticated permitting procedure regarding the construction and operation of a submerged 250m pipeline carrying the (safe) output of the waste water treatment plant.

Phase 2:
• Assessment of existing schematic studies
• Identification of development & construction risks
• Detailed cost estimate of the remaining development scope, based on existing studies and anticipated hot shell works and finishes
• Coordination/adjustment of existing studies (so as to support the detailed cost estimate)
• Delivery of a complete development/construction action & time plan
