A few things about the project
The office is located on 8, Ethnarhou Makariou & 4, Moraitini Street, Palaio Faliro and lies within a larger building site complex that rests next to the Faliro Coastal Zone Olympic Complex and Flisvos Marina. The project scope included the complete refurbishment of two floors (Level 1 & 2) along with the change of use of Village Cinemas to new office spaces for Gilead Science Athens, including substantial MEP upgrades and installations (LEED Gold / Hot Shell).
