A few things about the project
The new IAPR office complex is situated on Peiraeus Avenue in the municipality of Moschato-Tavros. It comprises of two buildings with a combined office area of c. 26,000sq.m.. The two structures are connected by an aboveground bridge and share a common outdoor space at ground level. The complex also features three underground floors providing 632 parking spaces. The project achieved a LEED Gold Certification.
