A few things about the project
BRIGHTaddvalue successfully brokered a multi-tenanted office and retail complex located at the 17th km of the National Rd. Athens - Lamia in Kifissia and concluded the sale purchase agreement on behalf of both sides. The acquisition price was set to c. 13 mil €.
The buyer was Orilina properties (REIC) and the seller was Bain Capital.
The property constitutes a major building complex having a total gross built area of approximately 22,845sq.m., out of which 11,259sq.m. host primary retail and office uses (including common areas of c. 785sq.m.) and 11,586sq.m. consist of (underground) supplementary spaces: storage, parking and MEP sections.
