A few things about the project
BRIGHTaddvalue has been appointed to provide Project Management and Technical Advisory Services for the total refurbishment of Kipriotis Village Resort. The project encompasses the complete redesign and upgrade of all building façades, interior spaces across guest rooms and public areas, MEP infrastructure, landscaping and masterplan, together with the associated permitting process and BREAM in use certification.
